two questions.....
where do we meet exactly,diections etc.
what times best to turn up....when we turn up what do we say to gain entry to site? seeing as we are paying when pitched.

not done the woodvale before so dont know the proceedure.

Hi,
I have located a bigreen tent for us to use in the event of extreme good/bad weather so will now be travelling in t' van because they weigh more than a house.

I'll be at Woodvale around midday on Friday, I'll start setting up as soon as I find the pitch. Call me when you're there - I'll bring the passes to you.

I'll take a long chain, bring a lock or remove ya bike overnight in case someone does this for you.

Camping arrangements can be sorted once we are there, be flexible - in otherwords I don't know.
I'll be bringing a stove and other essentials (beer). Check Rally website for BBQ rules.

Best to find the end of M57/M58, carry on a short distance towards town, turn right to the A5207 link road to the A565 (N)
RAF Woodvale is on the lhs of the northbound A565 just N of Formby on route to Southport.
