They are low on my list of priorities but I will be talking to my auto-sparky genius mate Dai about them.

It's coming along nicely!

Replaced all the bolts / studs for the racks, and the silencer mountings. I have left out the mounting on the pipe between the silencer and midsection, as I have found this often causes the pipe to crack.

Mounted the lights onto the topbox, got the air horns working again, then mounted the top box onto the rack.

Sprayed a few bits with "tough black" paint as short term protection until I can primer/krylon it all.

I debated fitting the dual seat, but I think that can wait for now.

I ordered £45 worth of electrical bits, the proper size crimp rings, cables, connectors, heat shrink, fibreglass wrap etc. That should be here tomorrow, meaning my Friday night will be spent with a soldering iron and heat gun!

Fitted a set of Hagon rear shocks - these are MUCH nicer than my never refurbished Ohlins when carrying heavy loads!

Dug the screen out, I'm going to go and wash that in a minute, and respray the brackets.

Fitted the pillion footpegs.

Mainly only electrical stuff to do now!! :D

You look to be getting stuck in, you'll be back on the road in no time at all.

She handles nicely, I did about 5000 miles with the chair on. Here she is at Utox:

and after "slight" modification for offroad use:

Although this time round it will have a large touring screen, and an ammo box as a top box (with trailer lights, and my 6ft CB antenna)

Footpegs are now both on, all the lights wired in, airhorns wired in, new movable spotlight on the topbox (lamping/worklight).

Put a TDI-Patented set of LED dash lights off my other MT, forgot how good they are!

Heated grips are on

Cabletied a folding spade to the topbox rack (though it's siezed solid, and won't fold anymore!)

Now I've just got to get this bloody screen on - I hate the headlight cowls, can never get them on!
